Greetings!

The Department of Inner City Emergency Response (IN-CERT) remains committed to strengthening the community with hands on emergency preparation, education, and training. Our goal is to help the community handle present and future man made, natural and all hazard emergencies through training in our disaster and emergency preparedness programs. Through theses programs, we have been able to make a positive impact on the lives of countless people in our community.  

Our work is only possible with the assistance of generous donations from members of the community. Without donations from supporters such as yourself, the people who benefited from IN-CERT’s services over the past 5 years would have been left to face their challenges alone. It is our belief that every person needs to be educated on how to keep themselves, their families and neighbors safe in any type emergency. Not only that, they deserves the support that we are ready and willing to give.
